Run The Jewels is an incredible album. (FreeEP last year, they gave it a full release this year with extra shit on)

I personally can't stand Imagine Dragons, or Bastille, or really any radio-friendly pop-rock type songs. Probably having HEAT or Capital or Absoloute Radio on for 12 hours a night at work kills it for me.

I absolutely despise Bastille.
It's not helped by the fact my supervisor at works plays that shit in the foyer 24/7 fuckin waster band.

Not mad keen on imagine dragons either but their set with Kendrick was tight.

Thinking of picking up Earl Sweatshirts album because it's got nothing but good reviews, will probably check out Schoolboy Q, he had a sick verse on the BET Hip Hop Awards Cypher w/ the rest of TDE.

There's a handful of tracks on Pusha's album that could have been nom'd for Rap Song of the year, probably winners too.

Fuck Macklemore tho, Can't Hold Us get's my hype on NBA, but the rest is such trashrap. How the fuck can he win grammys over Kendrick & Yeezy!?

I loved the music videos but I didn't listen to it in full. His new music is just too pop, I don't like hooks on songs unless it's Beyonce, JT, or Pharrell

I thought the standout tracks on MMLP2 were great, and some of the best he's written in years (i.e Bad Guy, Evil Twin, Love Game) but the filler was so fucking dreadful and did bring it down a bit.

Pusha T's was a really good album but it lost its way in the middle a bit with that Kelly Rowland track and 40 Acres. Numbers on the Board one of my favourite beats this year tho.

tbh the track with Rowland & the track with 2chains and Big Sean are the only tracks the album could really do without.
The rest are pretty acceptable or better.

Also im expecting Pharrell to throw out some Disneychannel-level shit in the next year or 2
